It seems that ever since I brought my second baby (and youngest child) home that I have been incredibly overly emotional. It was a very difficult pregnancy and an extended NICU visit. My spouse and I are just on opposite schedules bc of the five kids and a collicky baby. I had a meltdown over the dishwasher being broken. Has anyone else had similar days? I am at a complete loss - I am happy but feel completely overwhelmed and my husband is in the Coast Guard so its been very difficult lately.

I have definitely been there .... I have 2 older girls and now these two twins.. and I have started being alone now and last night we had our ac break and we live in AZ and it was 90 in the house... i think the coolest it got was 85 and I was very upset.... and emotional and hubby did not know why he could not help or we could not talk...

I think it's a normal phase that almost all women go through. Take time to pamper yourself and do things that will boost your self-esteem and lighten up your day, like a walk in a park, a feel good movie, a trip to the ice cream parlor, etc. I hope this helps!
