Hello, I am wondering what are the main benefits of getting the classic over the mini. I live in the suburbs, and would mostly use this stroller for walks in the park, the mall, and some city visits. It would mostly be in paved surfaces, with the occasional pass through of some grass.
Would the city mini be sufficient for my needs? Thanks in advance! |

I'm going to have to check and see which on I have! I do love it though, which ever on it is.

Okay, i have the mini. It's perfect for us; I
many of the features. It fits in almost any spot I want to go (except Gymboree-- they need to pony-up for a bigger store ). While it folds, it doesn't fold up small. Narrow, but not small. If you have a smaller vehicle or trunk, you many want to double check before you buy. Good luck with your decision

I have the city series double, the normal size, NOT the mini. I LOVE it. We purchased it when our girls were just 3 months old b/c we knew we had to have a good jogger (found that out a little late w/our son, got it when he was like 2). We got it before the mini even existed. We use ours for mainly outdoor activities - walks around home, amusement parks, zoo, etc.... For indoors we use our Combi twin savvy. The jogger does fit through doorways and such but I just didn't like lifting it in and out of our SUV daily when running errands. I think it's like 34 lbs or something. We still use our jogger and our girls are now a little over 2.5 years old. It is also still very easy to push and combined our girls are about 65 lbs. If I were you I would find a store that has both to try out and take the twins w/you and experiment w/it. If the mini is not too heavy maybe you could buy both and use the mini for daily activities and the normal size one for outdoor things. We looked into the mini this summer (just b/c of the ease of pushing it, it is not easy for us to push them in the combi anymore) and tried out a strangers' at an amusement park but our twins didn't have much head room left in it to make it worth our money to buy now at this point. Good luck!!!

Hi, I have the Baby Jogger City Mini, and I love it! (it's my third double stroller in one year) I'd go with the mini vs. the classic b/c the mini is much lighter. It only weights 20-something pounds, and it's much less expensive. Good luck!

The city mini would be perfect for you. I have it and love it. Plus it is only 26 pound. The classic is over 30 lbs.
