I'm a newbie here so here is a summary of me.
My name is Madeline (Madie) I am 31 and a proud mother of a GREAT 13 year old boy named Anthony from my first marriage. I have been with my DH (42 in a week) since 97 and got married in 99. We had a sad infertility rollercoaster with a happy ending resulting in my two beautiful b/g twins. We do have twin angels (my first IVF pregnancy 2003) I was 22 weeks gestation when I gave birth to them. I am a working mom and my kids attend a daycare/preschool. We recently moved back to a city and things are topsy turby in our new home. My oldest adjusting to a new school and the twins as well. I am bilingual and overweight....

Hi Madie,
My name is Nikki (37 y/o) happily married to dh since 10/1995. I work full time for the School District, but still have a lot more time off to be with my kids than my previous job as an HR Director in a nursing facility. My dh is a self-employed contractor. I have a 7 year old daughter, and spontanious (no fertility drugs/IVF) fraternal twin boys age 3 1/2 born at 34 1/2 weeks, they were in NICU for 10 days. Dd is in 2nd grade and the boys go to a private babysitter while I am at work. We live in a small town in south central PA, nice neighborhood in a traditional two-story home. My daughter's name is Larkyn and the boys are Matthew (dirty blonde hair/blue eyes) and Joshua (dark wavy hair/brown eyes). I enjoy scrapbooking, tole painting, but I never have time to do those things. I recently had foot surgery for a heel spur, plantar faciatis and entrapped nerves. After my foot heels I plan to diet and exercise and lose at least 20lbs. cause I am too fat!! I used to be thin until I had kids.:bawling: I am excited about meeting other mom's of twins, my sons' age. That is all I can think of for now......Who's next????

Hi!
I'm Mary, 41, with 3 year old b/g twins, born at 34 weeks and spent just under 2 weeks in the NICU. Also have a 16 year old step son who does not live with us. I work full-time as an office manager for a LTC facility. I've been married to Keven since 1999. We live in central MN and spend the majority of our summers at our cabin up north.

I'm Laura, 36, SAHM to 3 kids...Amanda, who will be 10 in April, and fraternal b/b twins Kevin and Kyle, who just turned 3 last month. They were also spontaneous, didn't even know that I was having twins until I was 20 weeks. They technically were born at 38 weeks, but were actually born on the due date I was given before knowing that we were having twins. Been married almost 8 years to Mike, also 36, who is a diesel truck mechanic. We live in Illinois, just southwest of Chicago.

I'm Helene, 38 (soon to be 39 in April..and boy, I'm feeling it!), SAHM to 4 kids. Cole and Bella were conceived on 3rd round of IVF and they were born at 32 weeks and spent 24 days in the NICU. They turned 3 in October. I'm still in a daze as to how 3 years has gone by so quickly! My 2nd set of twins, Garrett and Landon, were a complete surprise to us! We were shocked (overjoyed but shocked!)....be very careful what you wish for, is all I say!!! They were born at 34 weeks and Landon spent 8 days in the NICU and Garrett spent 19 days there.
I've been a SAHM since Cole and Bella were born. But before that I was a program director for a private foster family agency. There are days I miss being out in the world working (heck, there's days I miss just talking to another human being who can actually have a conversation with me about something other than poop, Thomas the train, and Barbie). At the same time, I love being home with my kids...it's very rewarding.
DH and I have been together for 12 years total, married 5 of those years.

Hello :)
My name is Karen, I am 30 years old, and I stay at home with my kiddos, Nicholas and Madeline (and we spell it Maddy! I have no idea why!) who are going to be 3 in May. My husband and I have been together 10 years, married for 7+ years. I was a social worker before having kids, I had just finished my master of social work (MSW) degree prior to becoming pregnant and hope to go back to work once the twins are in school. My twins were conceived with help via IVF. My husband is in the safety/environmental field. My biggest passion right now is being with my children, but in particular helping my little boy who is suspected of having autism. We will find out for sure next Wednesday what his actual diagnosis is. I am very interested in all things related to treating and recovering from autism and I love helping other moms in my situation get started on finding information and treating their children. My other interests are reading, I am an avid TV watcher ;) pole dancing for fitness (whole 'nother story!), kickboxing and fitness in general.
I have been on TMMB since I was pregnant in 2004 and I truly could not have done it without the support of MANY of these ladies here! Particularly the ones on this board of 3/4 year olds, since we all pretty much went through this together! It's funny...I kinda just jumped in back then without formally introducing myself! This is the first time I think I have introduced myself to TMMB! Oh well better late than never. lol

Hi Madie!
My name is Nicole. I am a sahm to Halley & Connor who are 28 months. They were born at 34 weeks and my daughter was in the NICU 11 days and my son was in 14 days. They were healthy, just needed to gain weight.
Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a mom when I "grew up" and feel so blessed that I am able to stay home with my twinks. Prior to having them, I was a teacher. I taught 5th grade 2 yrs and 1st grade for 7 years. I loved teaching, but love being home much more.
I've been married to my dh 9 years and together 15. I am very lucky to have him, he's wonderful.
I'm a Jersey girl, too! :snicker: I live in north Jersey but we are moving to central Jersey the end of March. We have been building a house for over a year and it's finally almost done.
This is such a wonderful place. I have learned so much from so many people. Welcome! :)

I'm Christina. I'm a 27 year old (until next month) SAHM of 4. Shawn is 7, Katie & Samantha will be 3 in April and Megan will be 1 in April. I've been married for 8 years. DH works for Caterpillar. I've been considering making an attempt to finish up my degree this Fall but we'll have to see if I can make that work around the kids' activities. The twins will likely start preschool in a few months so perhaps that will free up a little time.

Hi.
We have 4 children, DS 12, DD 10, and DSs' who are 4. Our twins were spontaneous, 37 weekers, and no NICU. I'm 41. Have known my DH 15 yrs and married for 13. I used to work many many many years ago in big corporate America. I'm trilingual and have actually used those skills in my former life. I am a SAHM outside of Chicago and plan on re-entering the work world again once the boys are in school FT; I've spent 11 years at home deciding what I really want to DO, so I've been working on my second masters degree.
That's it in a nutshell.

Hi all. My name is Kristin and I currently live in Alabama for the last 7 years. DH and I met in high school and have been married 10 years. We both grew up in SW Wisconsin and most of our family is still there. We both have changed jobs over the years. In WI, dh was an excutive chef in Milwaukee and I taught Middle School Spanish at an idependent school in the lake Country area. We ended up moving to Alabama and running 2 frozen custard/burger style restaurants for an investor from WI. When he died they shut them down and right at that time we discovered the news we were pregnant with identical twin girls. Dh decided to start his own company with a partner in Alabama. I became a SAHM which I had always wanted to do once we had children. My girls Savannah (we call her Annie) and Gabriella (we call her Gabi) just turned 3 years old in January. I also babysit 3 days a week for another set of twins. My latest endeavor is 2 friends of mine, each with twins (one set ages 2 1/2 and the other set are age 4) and myself are going to do a once a week preschool playtime. Basically 2 of us moms will stay with the 6 kids and the one mom will just drop off. We will organize playtime & learning time. Then the other mom will come back at lunchtime so we all eat lunch together. We are going to rotate who gets to be the drop off mom:) Anyway...looking forward to learning a little more from all of you and getting the support I love here at TMMB.

I live in a suburb of Dallas. Me and my husband have been together 13yrs and married almost 12yrs. I'm a SAHM and my husband works at his family's sports bar.
I read more than I post and lately haven't been on here much due to being very busy.

My name is Beth. I turned 40 this past September. My DH Greg and I have been married for 17 years. I had my first two children, now 21 and 20, from my previous marriage when I was a teenager.
DS-21 is living with his fiance in Myrtle Beach.
DD-20 is married to her HS sweetheart who is now an Air Force lieutenant.
My 17-year-old son is a junior in high school, with four music disciplines.
My twins will be 4 at the end of March. They were conceived spontaneously; the pregnancy was a complete surprise.
I work part time in the financial and procurement fields. DH works full time, and we work alternating days, so that one of us is always home with the twins. We are hoping to get them slots in a local afforable, quality preschool prgram.
