My child....so vain?...lol

Well, as I said I love to type so off I will jump on here!

Alyssa is the sweetest thing but lately is becoming too CONFIDENT!...lol

For a maybe a year I have been asking her "Who is mommy's princess?" and she replies "ALYSSA!" I then would ask silly things like "Who is my cutie pie?" Her reply "Alyssa!" I think she is either vain or just plain over rehearsed with the questions (daily) so yesterday here is how our conversation went:

Me: While hugging her "Who is my.....
Aly: AaaaaLyyyySaaaaaa!
Me: Ugh? I didn't even ask you
Aly: Me! Alyssa! I you princess!

Bella is loves to watch herself in the mirror...she'll be talking to me but I'll keep seeing her steal glances of herself in the mirror. And when I ask her why she's looking in the mirror, she'll say "I like looking at myself", which is good I suppose b/c at least she's got good self-esteem already!

My little guy Kevin prefers to be 'handsome' over anything else. They used to hate having their hair brushed, so I would tell them that they have to look handsome for...insert name....like grandma or nana, whoever we were going to see. So now, if I tell him he is cute, he'll tell me, 'no Kevin handsome'.
