And cereal for that matter!
My 3 are on this 'yogurt' and cereal kick..it's basically ALL THEY WILL EAT :banghead: I can't get anything they used to eat into them these days and it's a bit frustrating. I will prepare stuff I KNOW they like and they let it sit..I make sure the haven't had snacks or too much to drink so they are hungry enough to eat it but they let it sit- then get cranky because they are hungry and down right indignant and I can't control 3 preschoolers cranky because they are hungry and all they want is yogurt or cereal. :faint:
Really tho- the twins eat so much yogurt that their poop is blue/green :anon:
Have your 3/4 y/os' gone through this phase or are mine the only freakazoids out there?

Do we have the same kids? :chin:

I swear, my kids would be happy to eat yogurt, cereal and apples for the rest of their lives. Last month it was peanut butter. It could be worse, it could be junk :order:

my maddie went through an "egg" phase. seriously, i thought she might turn into a chicken!! it passed, though (and she still eats them, but only occasionally). right now she is on a "waffle" kick!

can i blame my constant need for peanut m&m's on the same thing????

I think that as long as it's real yogurt and not the gelatinous, sugar-loaded, artificially colored stuff that is passed off as yogurt, then it's all good.

Yogurt is a super food- it really is great for you. Make sure you're getting the yogurt with active bacteria and no fillers. Stonyfield Farm yogurt is the best!

:anon: I'm guessing gogurts don't fit in that category :o:
