Hi all. My next appointment is January 2nd. (the last time I had a u/s was Dec. 6th)... At this point, I am SOO impatient to just go to the Dr. already! I just want to see the u/s and know that everything is okay. I know that as I progress in the pregnancy, they will be scheduling appointments much closer together. As for now, each day seems like an eternity. Time is passing so slow right now, i feel like I should already be at the 30 week mark. I can't believe I'm still only 10 weeks!

I can totally relate. My last u/s was a week and a half ago and the next is not for 2 more weeks. I'm going nuts. I just want a scan to make sure all is ok but hate to go to dr just to calm myself.
it will be a long 2 weeks

I'm right there with you all. The waiting is the worst part. Thankfully this is a super busy time of year so hopefully it will go by extra fast!

I know what you mean! I feel like I should be 20 wks and not 10. Time is passing so slowly. My last appt was almost 3 wks ago and I don't go back until Jan 3rd. Bad things are constantly going through my mind. I need to know that both my babies are thriving. It seems like every site I go to tells of something bad that can happen with twins. I've also heard numerous stories of one twin dying. I am a nervous wreck now. I think when a woman is pregnant with multiples they should be provided with an at home u/s machine!! LOL I can't wait until Jan 3rd so I can see my babies again! That should put my mind at ease for a week or so.

I just said this to someone yesterday...I said I wish I knew someone with an u/s machine at home and visit them every two days. Can't wait till the babies start kicking...maybe that will help ease our worries. (Then again, if they don't kick for a minute, we'll be all nerves then too.) Here's to a fun and exciting ride...

I know it's hard but try not to worry! I am lucky that my ob does an u/s every 2 weeks for twins. I just had my 6th this morning and everything looks great, just as it has every other time. I can go about 1 1/2 weeks and then I start to worry. I keep reminding myself that things were fine last time so I shouldn't really have reason to worry (easier said than done!) It does get easier as I get farther along so keep hanging in there!
