I see everyone posting b/b or g/g or b/g, when will I be able to tell the sex of my twins. I am almost 12 weeks and scheduled to have another ultrasound a 20weeks. will they be able to tell then?

Yep. If the babies cooperate that is. ;) Usually anywhere from 16 weeks on they can tell. Good luck!

My OB does a main US at 20 weeks /5mo, where his tech narrows in on all the body parts and such to make sure things are healthy. If they are position right that is when they tell you if you want to know. Good LUck

We found out at 16 weeks but she said not to buy anything until they coinfirmed it at the 20 week u/s!! She said it is most accurate at 20 wks and after so you should be able to find out. I asked at every u/s after if they were still looking like a boy and girl just to be sure :)

TJH - I did that too. Had to make sure at each u/s that it was still b/g. :D DH didn't believe he had a boy until he actually saw him! LOL

they thought at 17 weeks I was hvaing boys, at 20 weeks we found out for sure girls (they were). At your 20 week u/s the genitals will be well enough developed to tell, if your babies are willing to show.

my u/s tech told me at 15 weeks that she was 99% positive that i was having two boys. she was right.

i asked at every u/s after that, though, because i wanted to be "sure". :)
