Lissy, I am going to quote you on this one, since we are in the same boat! On another thread you said :

And Evan cries if I walk by and don't pick him up. He wants to be held all the time! Now, clearly he can't be held all the time, there are 3 other kids that need tending too. But when he is being held, Aiden screams because it's not him, so I have to give Aiden a turn, and the cycle continues!

SAME HERE! Bella wants me to hold her ALL THE TIME, and unconsciously, I will pick her up every time she cries for me to, and my DH gets mad and says I am making her spoiled. I don't want that to happen either....can anyone tell me WHAT TO DO?! I am torn by this one, completely!

My husband goes back to work next week and I will be in the same boat as you. They are soo used to having us both here to hold them whenever they need it and its going to be me back to being alone 6 days a week with them again. All summer my husband watched them if I went out and he said they burst out crying every time he left the room. I need help on this too! Sorry no solutions but you aren't alone!

Would putting them in the room where you go work or do they have to be held no matter what? I know when Matthew and Lilly get fussy, if I put them where I am, they seem to be okay. Some days, they just move all over the house with me. In fact, I have aksed and asked and asked so many people I know for their old exersaucers that I think I have 1 in every room now and two in the living room.
