My boys are here!

Well, I've been trying for a week to get back online. My boys are wonderful-- they were born last Friday. Kody was 5lbs 9 oz and Kyle was 4lbs 10 oz, both 18 inches. I went in and they broke my water at 9:30am, I had the babies at 1:30. Both were delivered vaginally, with no drugs. We were able to go home after 24 hours, and just been trying to adjust since. I am breastfeeding, and the little guys are eating about every hour, so I don't have much free time to do anything but feed, but it is slowly getting better.

Tonight is my first night alone with the babies as my husband is working. It should be interesting!!!

Congrats on those little babies! Sounds like your delivery was a breeze!! I wish I could have had mine that easy!! Hope you are doing okay all by yourself tonight!!

Congrats. We named our sons the same. Mine are Kody and Kaylee. Very similar. I was going to use Kyle if I had two boys. How cool is that? I hope things with the bf get better.Congratulations again.

Congrats on the birth of your boys! My son and daughter were also born last friday (13th)- Matthew and Morgan. You make your delivery sound like a piece of cake-I'm jealous. I had a planned c-section. I too will be alone for the first time on tuesday night. My dh works 12 hr. night shifts- I am really nervous to do it alone- but we all have to do it sometime. Best of luck to you tonight- I hope all goes well- You can do it!
