I was just wondering how early some of you started to feel the little flutters from your twins. My doctor says it is too early to feel them, but for the past few days when I'm sitting up I feel a little flutter that reminds me of the first movements of my other two.

I didn't feel anything until about 18 weeks.. this was weeks and weeks before my singleton. Now, at 25 weeks, THEY FEEL LIKE THEY NEVER STOP!!! hehe... it is so cute them playing patty cake with each other all the time :)

i started around 18 weeks...and like Frg, mine don't stop. I did feel a flutter at like 14 weeks, but still don't know if it is was a baby or gas...

I just started to feel them earlier this week. I thought I was feeling them about a month ago.... but when I showed the nice dr where I felt the babies, she laughed and said it was just gas. (apparently 15 week babies don't reside up near your ribcage just yet.:snicker: ) oops! Can you tell this is my first pregnancy?

I started feeling them at about 14 or 15 weeks - I'm sure it was the babies and not gas because now at 19.5 weeks I feel the same thing only stronger and more frequently. When I asked the doctor she said that sometimes you really can feel movement that early in multiples pregnancies.

I started feeling them at around 14 weeks. My doctor said the same thing to me, "Oh, you can't feel them yet. It's just gas." She was wrong. I think you can start feeling twins much sooner depending on your body.

I think that I started to feel mine (and know what I was feeling) at about 20 weeks or so.

jumping boards. i started to feel my guys at about 15 weeks. little flutters almost feeling like pocorn popping in there i guess. they definitely started to pick up around week 20-22 especially when i was laying on my side i could see it sometimes. then around week 27 the big kicking started. now........good lord they are fighting for the top bunk almost! things bulge out and move everywhere! you can tell a head from a butt and all sorts of weird feelings. your going to love it (for the most part) lol it does get too much sometimes. good luck. and don't worry if one may feel more active at times then the other. it is completely normal. and even some days one or both may be more active or not really active at all until the later stage of your pregnancy. good luck!

Jumping boards... I felt mine at just under 15 weeks. Of course it came and went - there were even a couple of days at a time for a while that I wouldn't feel them at all.
I didn't realize those first flutters were actually movement until I started feeling them kick more vigorously... then it was the same sensation, only stronger and more often. I first felt them from the outside with my hand at about 20 weeks, though... after that, I could feel them every day - they always seem to be most active for about an hour or so at night.

I actually just felt the first movements this a.m. I am only 13 weeks. They were only little teeny flutter movements and the first one I blew off but the second one I knew exactly what it was.
I don't remember how early or late with my first 3 pregncies I felt movement. I have very very large babies (9 and 10+ lbs) and these babies are already measuring large for their gestational age so that could be why the early movment for me.
