what a crazy day!!!!

I had an u/s yesterday at 33 weeks and the babies are doing great! They are 4lbs 15oz each and our boy(babyA) is vertex. Yeah! When we met with the ob afterward, he told me that I should go on modified bedrest since my cervix is starting to shorten and he wants to keep the babies in for another couple of weeks. So, I went home, laid down and drank a bunch of water. Wouldn't you know it, but within an hour I was having contractions!!!
I started keeping track of them and had 11 over then next hour and a half. So, off to L&D I went. They gave me a terbuline shot but once that wore off, the contractions returned so I was hooked up to an IV for fluids and given another shot. We were sent home around 11pm and now I'm on procardia and bedrest.
The craziest thing though, is it totally hit me how soon these babies are going to be here! In two weeks my whole world could change!! It's so awesome and a little scary.

Those are nice size little ones. But take it easy, the longer the better. My doc said to try to go 9 more weeks. Thats finally a single digit. I remember when I had 148 days to go, now that was depressing.
